The story of this mural for @wildfowerofhamptonhill owned by Afi & Ali:
Afi wanted to create a window mural to establish an eye catching presence on the busy Hampton Hill High Street whilst also letting people know of the multiple services the café provides, such as Floral Design, Studio Hire etc...
After taking all the factors into consideration, and going through a process of several mood boards, colour schemes, layouts, sketches, and concepts- I created a design which would compliment their already beautiful fresh floral arrangements visible from the window- and designed an enveloping symmetrical floral vine artwork which elegantly frames the entrance door, creating a warm and welcoming façade which is understated yet eye-catching from the street view. To highlight Afi's services I hand painted window signs in a nostalgic and romantic aesthetic to cohesively tie in with the artwork.
